These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at agreeableventures.com and any software products provided by Agreeable Ventures LLC ("Agreeable Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or products, you agree to these Terms.

Agreeable Ventures LLC is a software studio based in Clarksville, Tennessee. We consult on problems we have lived and build software for gaps we could not find solutions to.

You may browse our website and contact us through it for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.

Access to our software products is licensed, not sold. When you subscribe to a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business, subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our products.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You own the data you and your customers enter into our products. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use that data, including obtaining any necessary consent from your own customers, for example before sending them text messages through our products.

Where our products send text messages on your behalf, you agree to send them only to recipients who have opted in, to honor opt-out requests, and to comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules governing business text messaging. We provide tools to help with this, but responsibility for lawful use rests with the sending business.

Paid products are billed on the plan you select. Fees are described at the time you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are recurring until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing.

We work to keep our products available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use a product.

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agreeable Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using our website and products at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On cancellation, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Tennessee, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms as our products grow. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
