Our software products collect the information a business and its customers enter in order to run the product, such as contact details, project information, and messages. When a business uses our products, that business controls its own data and its customers' data. We act as a processor of that data on the business's behalf.
Where our products send text messages, we only send them to people who have opted in to receive them. Messages are transactional and sent on an as-needed basis in response to activity on your own project, such as appointment reminders, project status updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies and is typically low.
We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell phone numbers. If you use one of our products through a business, you may also contact that business directly regarding its data.
